No, it's never, ever, too late to start. We will guide you and support you all the way during your fitness journey. Beginners are warmly welcomed at TheWeekending — every class is scalable and coached.

Yes — for those who have been training for several years, together we will surely achieve more results. Through progressive overloading and weekly checks, we deliver great results.

I'm working and can't train every day. Is the programme right for me?

With some commitment and perseverance, we will incorporate your workout into your busy daily life. We offer 6 classes a day, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to hit your goal of 3, 4, 5 or more workouts per week.

Do you need to be LGBTQ+ to join The Weekending?

No, everyone is welcome to join. The only requirement is a positive and friendly attitude. TheWeekending is open to everyone, built for every body.
