I’ve never trained. Is it too late?

No, it’s never, ever, too late to start. We will guide you and support you all the way during your fitness journey.

I have trained for several years and I have achieved good results, but I want to step up.
Are the classes good for me?

Yes, for those who have been training for several years, together we will surely achieve more results.

Through progressive overloading and weekly checks, we will deliver great results.

I’m working and can’t train everyday. Is the programme right for me?

With some commitment and perseverance, we will incorporate your workout session into your daily busy life.

We offer 6 classes a day so that you will have plenty of opportunity to hit your goal of 3, 4, 5 or more workouts a week.

Do you need to be an LGBTQ+ individual to join TheWeekending?

No, everyone is welcome to join. The only requirement is a positive and friendly attitude.
